Twitter Accounts suspended and I'm using private proxies

Im glad I found this post (Although it seems dead).
I've been having a hard time with my accounts getting banned too.
Sometimes, I've had them running agressively for over 6 or more hours, each one sending an average of 300 tweets.
And sometimes they ALL get banned after 5 tweets.
They all have pictures, backgrounds and are created with different IPs and emails.
I know you are not supposed to be so agressive, im just using that as a clear example.
I've been thinking that time and days are important factors for their banning algorythm.
I also use over 30 different spun shortened links and change ips and links everyday.
How can we figure out Twitter's banning algorytm??

I had one banned which had over 11,000 followers.
It was using my personal IP so it can't be that, otherwise my other 3 would have been banned too, I imagine.
I was following about 500-600 per day and unfollowing a similar amount.
Fortunately, the one with over 22,000 which runs on my home PC is still running ok, but I've lowered the follow late to about 295 from 995. So long as I get over 100 new followers a day, I'll be happy to lower my follow numbers.

I managed to get my account back, but the email reply basically saying it triggered their automated spam system because I was following too aggressively as a disproportionate number of people had blocked my account or reported me.
I'm not sure how you can get around this, as they were targeted users as they were discussing the topic. I do follow them based on what they have in their tweets though, so I may have to make it more obvious that they they're a fan of the subject.
It looks like I'll have to follow fewer people too.

What I think the number 1 reason for Twitter accounts being banned is unfollowing people too soon after you have followed them.
I used to unfollow people after 1 day and have since moved it to a minimum of 3 days; with some even waiting 7 days before unfollowing - no problems up to now.
I would agree with that. Look at it this way; How does a natural person use twitter? This is all we need to think, and then work in the same way.
A normal user wouldn't follow someone and then unfollow them a day later. A week would be more natural - you've had a chance to read their tweets, and if they are rubbish tweets you would unfollow them in about a week or so.
I think that's fair game.

I've used Tweet Attacks and I'd strongly advise you to consider Tweet Adder. The amount of times I've mentioned this software, you'd think I was an affiliate or the developer, but really, I'm nothing like either of those I just think it's so much better.
You can genuinely leave it running with no need to step in.
I have a VPS with it running and you can even set it up so it'll run from X to Y times, such as 8am to 11pm. Through the night it'll then do nothing which of course makes it look much more human like.
I bought the full version with unlimited licenses a few months back and it's well worth it.
I don't think it's anything to do with Twitter more because the content was copyrighted. They got in touch with my host who then mailed me asking for my thoughts - I removed the RSS Feed source for that site and now use the content from the other 5 sources, so content still comes through, just no longer from the site that complained.
I can only assume either they complained to Google because adsense was being shown, or, which is more likely, Google did a manual check and decided to block that site. My other sites still show the Adsense, so my Adsense account hasn't been banned, just that site.
As for traffic via Twitter it's hard to measure as I do get a hell of a lot now through Google. I reckon, Google weight in your favour if it sees lots of traffic coming via social networking, but I'd say around 300-400 out of 1000 visitors a day would come directly through Twitter - either by visiting after seeing I've followed them, or visiting through one of my automated Tweets (via Twitterfeed) once I've posted content on my blog (generally once a day, sometimes once every other day, infrequently more than once a day).
I've had a quick look at the site, but as people get 1000s/unlimited texts with their mobile contracts nowadays, what's the main benefit that this site gives?
I don't use private proxies anymore, I just use my own IP or the IP of the VPS - no problems either.

Mmm, that's strange.
Because some of us run 100's or 1000's of accounts
I use 1 proxy for 3-4 accounts
Each account only follows/unfollows <100 people each day
I just play it safe and keep creating new accounts
I did recently have 20 accounts deleted in my last batch of 30 late last week. I have been doing them all off one IP so I am going to start switching IPs when I create accounts, maybe do 5 per IP that I have. If that don't work I'll go down to 1 per IP.
I will much rather create my own accounts vs buying them because I get FAR better names. I can create the names to be used. For example (at) CheapDrugs will get me a far better follow back % then Tiffany892586 would. I just try to pick industry specific names.
