Twitter accounts creation question. Need your thoughts

Hey everyone and thank you in advance for your help and feedback.

I want to create twitter accs 5 per proxy and per mobile. This means that i will use 100 sim cards and 100 eu proxies to build 500 twitter accs.

Are these numbers "OK" according to your experience with Twitter policy etc?

well i don't think that you're going to use 100 sim cards for 500 accs .
i use one for 10 accounts .
could you share me the way to get these 100 sim cards ?
