Twitter accounts constantly search banned

Checking with shadowban.eu, my Twitter accounts have constantly 'search ban'.

I have 'child accounts' and do follow/unfollow, but my main account that does not follow at all is also search banned.

What could be the reason? How do I fix this? The only engagement I'm getting is from following. -,-

well lets back up . how are you doing your actions /f/uf ? what softwares are you using? and how many accounts are running per ip ? these all play a role in your accounts
