Actually Twitter's algorithm has been suspending a lot of accounts that should not be. I had noticed that several of our friends were getting suspended and they don't violate anything then we had an issue occur and Twitter admitted to it being their fault and reinstated quickly.

If you've not violated any of their rules, regulations, etc, just do the appeal and make sure to watch out for an e-mail from them and respond to it because if you don't they'll close the case.
