I have around 20 twitter accouts with over 2k followers each. I want to know what can i do with them ? Can i sell them or post sponsored tweets ?

Depends of how targeted are your followers.
If they are spamed to death just sell tweets on fiverr
Use them for backlinks,
or make a post on BlackHatWorld innocently asking what to do with them.
