u have this chance to send them a polite mail asking them the resons of suspension. they will sure send you the resons of suspension. in the next reply simply try to convince them that u will conform all the twitter rules in future and u understand them very well. most probably they will re-instate ur suspended account unless u didnt use it for spam or mass account creation. this is a normal procedure for any suspended account.

if you look in this forum you can find a few people you can @ from another account and they can unsuspend it...or reply to the email they send you saying I bought a gig off fiver who did this and it was not me. It worked for me in the past. It takes a few days to get back though.

I sent them an email, saying I didnt know, I didnt mean to..and bullshit, apologizing and everything, all looking like a dummie, it worked.

Its better to say sorry and promise to abide by the rules in future.Hope you will get the suspension lifted soon.
