What's a safe number to follow per day? I think I may have followed close to 600-700 and they e-mailed me with "Your Twitter Account Has Been Suspended" Bs.

Get in touch with them and ask why they ahve suspended your account. It should be written in the mail when you got suspended because of aggressive following.

I would say you can follow much when they all follow back, and also Twitter do noi like when you follow people and unfollow too fast.

I have set following on a daily base with Twitteradder to 200 and unfollow after three days all non reciprocal
