Twitter Account Recovery

I was locked out of my twitter by my original management. They placed a second verification method and their email on it? Is there any way I can recover it or pay someone to hack it? I have the email and password but I can’t get the code that it’s asking for because I don’t have that number and I don’t have the email either.
I’ve been trying to get it back for half a year now and have contacted support but I’m never met by any human response.

Another option could be to report account as fake and build a new one. Not ideal but...

with no email or number this will be difficult .

I have but it’s just a bot response not a real person. I don’t have access to the email or phone number on it…
 
To regain access to your Twitter account it can be challenging, especially when standard support channels don't yield responses. Still you can submit your appeal and providing proof of ownership and explaining your situation. Avoid unauthorized methods like hacking, as they violate X terms and can lead to legal consequences
 
No, it’s gone. You’ll either need access to the phone number or email that's added in the account to get back in. No 'hack' or support will be able to help you. Anyone claiming they can recover your account is lying and most likely looking to scam you.
 
Paying someone to hack it is mad suspicious and can be used against you in winning out the account ownership. Better to communicate with Twitter about it and outline the details as needed so they can possibly work on helping remove the email and such.

You should continue contacting Twitter support or use their account recovery process to resolve the issue.
 
Unfortunately, hacking or bypassing account security is illegal and unethical. The best course of action is to continue reaching out to Twitter support for assistance and try submitting a formal recovery request through their account recovery process.
