    Hello guys,

so hopefully you have better times than me , because few days ago I noticed that on my account was imposed kind of a limit I cannot follow more than 120 people in a 2-3 minutes . I never had problem like this, therefore I thinking if is my account flagged or something like that.

    Do you have similar experience?

I decide that i will not follow people for today and tomorrow and in thuesday I will try it again

I'm also experiencing this across several accounts and I know other who are unrelated to me who are as well. Not sure if it's just bug or twit changing algorithm. Anyone know???

can someone confirm if slowing down the follow rate will fix this? I'll post my findings tomorrow...

You are really aggressive with the following, you should revise your strategy if you want to keep your account live.
Anyway, twitter update there algo a few days back.

120 people in 2-3 minutes is a whole lot. No wonder you are facing difficulties.

same here, I used to be able to follow like 1000 in a few hours but can't now, anyone have a best practice guide for twitter, i.e. how many followers per hour to get to the 1,000 per day?

I use like random delay from 10-35 seconds to follow between 240-300 people in each task. Next task is like 30-35 mins gap. This is helping me keep my accounts safe. Anyhow, I have profiled all my accounts properly with pics, bio, background etc.

Well, if you want to follow 1k people per day and let's say you let your account rest for 8 hrs, you'll be left with 16 hrs, 1k divided by 16 is 62,5, so it's almost a 1 minute delay, so i guess you can start experimenting with a random delay around the 1 minute mark. But it's only you already have a list of users you want to follow. Although if you need to scrape and doing it with the same bot at the same time, obviously you can't leave that big delay, if you want to hit 1k in a day and let your account rest too.

I run 100 accs atm, some of them can follow the max daily limit, others don't and i don't really know the reason behind that. Almost none of the accs were hit with password reset request, so i consider them being in good standing.

I have several accounts that only follow 100-200 day and I have their daily limit at 700+

Sometimes I just go into the software and change settings up. Scrape followers from different people, follow by different keywords, and then the accounts will go back up to following 700-ish people

I've experienced what you guys are saying but haven't investigated enough to know if its a limit. I thought maybe my accounts already scraped all the people they could so I had to scrape new people. Anyway, sometimes I'll unfollow for a few days and then go back to following..and that seems to fix it. I'll be limited in my unfollows as well though
