Twitter account hacked - How to get it back?

Simple as that.

Password works no longer. Email has also been changed (I've tried recovering password).

I need that account back (it's my personal account by the way...)

What can I do?

You cannot get it back , until unless you catch the hacker , otherwise no never you cannot get your account back , becase you say even email is
changded.
 
Hire a hacker. I did that once with success when a clients Twitter was hacked.
 
I don't think can be doable ... :) hard to believe there is a small chance for anyone to just '' hack '' into your account lol :)) most probably using some kind of bruteforce but that's also a very very painful job ...

Hey the same damn thing happened with me..

But when i tried password recovery i got the Reset password email in my account.

Wooh..real bad feeling, changed all my passwords.
 
Where to hire a hacker? PLEASE?!

I'm on the same boat man! I just got my twitter account hacked, I'm a musician/producer with over 170k followers. The hacker changed my username & password But I managed to find the username he changed my account to.
