Twitter has removed the captcha from the registration process ( don't ask me why ). However, the software supports multiple captcha services such as Deathbycaptcha and Decaptcher. The beta will get delayed till tommorow it seems, cleaning it up and fixing some stuff.

The software is able to verify them. You just load the list of accounts with the corresponding pop3 mail accounts and it will access the mail account and verify the account(s).
