Twitter account creator problem

Hey, I am currently creating a Twitter account creator (may release on BHW soon). It's multi-threaded and uses httpwebrequests. But I keep on getting an error when creating accounts:
Sorry, we (or you) did something wrong. try again later

Does anybody know what is wrong with this? I thought it may be proxies, but I'm using elite ones which all seem to be working. The bot does work sometimes, but it ends up using around 20 captcha credits to create one account

Don't need to pay me. You get that message when the IP has reached its registration limit. Each IP has 9 or 10 attempts to register. It resets every x hours.

Ah I see, thank you very much! Do you or anybody know a way of checking if an IP is safe for creating accounts or a way of finding good proxies?

You can't know before actually sending the request, atleast not that I am aware of. Good proxies cost money, all the public ones are already raped by twitter users.

Okay, thanks! I will do some research into proxy providers. Do you know what the daily/hourly limit per IP for creating twitter accounts is?

The limit is 9 or 10 accounts per ip, can't recall correctly. When the limit gets reset I do not know, but it's less than a hour i believe. You have to figure out that yourself.

I see that error sometimes when switching between 2 or 3 accounts that were created a long time ago. I don't have 9 or 10. When I continue in a different browser the problem goes away. Maybe cookie related problem?
