Twitter Account Creation (?)

Hello,

For around a year ago, twitter was very vigilant with banning accounts directly from similar IP addresses.
However now I am able to create around 6-8 accs with each IP without phone verification.Sure, they get asked to be verified in a couple of days, but they are created nevertheless! Something that was not possible a year ago!

Has twitter completely changed their policies these days?

Pretty sure you're just getting lucky.
The problem with using the same IP anyway is that once you do anything with those accounts, if one of them gets flagged, all of them get banned.
Once twitter accounts start _doing_ something that's when the flagging takes place.

No, if anything, they're getting worse. You may have passed IP detection for creating the accounts, however using them is another story. Try updating us in about 2-3 months with established accounts.

It can be that your overall ip health got better in time and that's why you're allowed to create accounts now and weren't a year ago. A few years back we needed to get familiar with a term: IPv4 address exhaustion, which means that there's a shortage of unallocated IPv4 addresses, so you can get already used ips, where the ip health can be already bad with you doing nothing. Now maybe you're getting your ips from a healthier pool.

I think it really depends on the IP. From one IP I can create an account a day with no PVA. I just use incognito mode with a custom home directory and create the account.
