Twitter Account being restricted for 3days

I tried opening my Twitter app and I saw this message, almost all my account got the message too.

It stated I can't retweet like and follow, but I tried it and I have no issue with it.

Should I still be worried?

Why did it happen? "Spam policy" so did you DM too many people, commented similar message on many posts or what caused it? or it's some mistake on their part?
