twitter acconts

hey guys, i am looking for a retweet service and im sure programs like sublime twitter or twit dominator are good programs to purchase and use for this function. correct me if im wrong please. If i was to purchase program,it is more time effiecient to purchase roughly 1000 twitter accounts and add it to program to use retweet function?kindly appreciate feedback so i may proceed in purchasing program or accounts as needed.
accounts need bio,pic,location and 1-2 accounts per proxy. not risking a ban here
