2 days now i see at the notifications that people following me but the followers counter doesn't change
whats the problem ?

i'm not banned

1. some people follow u, some people unfollow u
2. do you use any twitter apps? maybe that app already banned

Normally if you can't see them on the follow counter go into Twitter analytics to better look into the statistics.

Twitter has common errors every now and then so lean towards alternative means of resolution.
