Any information about what you are willing to pay and what the bot should really do? Just open the desired channel and run in the background? You need a lot of machine power for that

You don't actually need a lot of machine power. Twitch allows you to extract the stream itself and you can disable audio, set it to the lowest res and still count as a viewer. You can broadcast from the same computer/connection without issues.
