Does anyone know how I could increase views on my twitch account and possibly optimize it to gain more followers as well. I basically want to make a bigger following and name for myself on the website. If you have any links to guides or tools that may be useful I will sincerely appreciate that! thank you!

There have been public scripts around. I modded a bit of one a while ago someone had reverse engineered the view counter so you could fake a view with a socket request every 30 seconds or something.
I would say a mix of that and then a few dozen connections which are actually logged in to create the illusion of an active chat.
Whether or not your account would actually survive this I don't know. I'm not sure how hard Twitch looks for proxies. If you had the money to do it with residential proxies I'd imagine you'd be fine to an extent.
