Twitch Clips Copyright?

Im seeing tons of channels mass uploading twitch highlight clips downloaded straight from twitch, not even changing the title that was used on twitch. How do i know the streamers that will tolerate this, ive read somewhere alot of streamers claim their content and have their own channel for clips.

You can ask them for permission beforehand. Technically there's no real disadvantage for them since its basically free promotion. You probably won't be able to monetize it through adsense though.

Those channels either going to get banned or streamers going to claim those videos.

Just want to use them for building my channel. Not thinking about monetizing right now.

I'd still try to get their permission to upload them to your compilation channel. I think in most cases you will be fine doing it anyways.

Yes some gamers claim video and revenue other leave it is indirectly increase there exposure to new audience

Most of them are fine with it and won't do anything. The key problem is making money with the videos even if you get millions of views a day.
