Twitch bot needed, instructions inside

Hi,

I need a twitch bot which has to at least be able to:

-Add accounts to the bot.
-Make accounts watch a certain channel one can input
-Use proxies for said accounts (bind proxy to a certain account)

It would be a plus if:
- Accounts can be selected (from the inputted account). Accounts which are selected will comment once in a while in the twitch chat.
- Accounts will have the option to act human. This means also watching random channels and sometimes following them

Anyone able to do this or have created a bot? Please give me your information. Thanks
