So if this is an old method, please say so, if not, I am probably going to turn it into a guide and sell it elsewhere for a few quick bucks.
It is the same as your usual, find an easy converting CPA, I was using one for this today that payed out $2.50 for an email and zip submit.
When you go to post on CL, use cities close to major universities, or even just cities that have universities. Then the ad looks something like this.

I post a non nude pic, then when they reply give them the ole copy and paste routine with a topless pic, promising more after they fill out the offer. Yes, I understand to cloak the link etc. This is just an outline, if you like it cool, if not, tell me I suck at life...btw, I fully expect more than one YOU SUCK AT LIFE
Almost forgot, this made me about $55 bucks, and I only put up one ad, and got flagged in about a half hour.
