I admit I've thought of this before. I have some offers that pay over $30 for pin submits and over $5 for emails. But seems too risky for some reason. Think the advertiser would shut you down after a while when he realizes all the leads you send are not converting for him as they should on the back end.

That's called a cash incentive, OP. And as others said above, with the vast majority of the offers, it is not allowed and you'll be kicked from the network, when they find out, which they will sooner than later, before payday the latest.
