Hello BHW! I have a new project that i want to start. To do this i need to create two twins blog with wordpress. They will be identical but hosted on two different domain and host.
My question is: is it possible to update both blogs at same time? And, if yes, how can i do this?

Two identical blogs on different domains and hosts? What's the point?

Think about it again before you start jumping on installing Wordpress, etc....
