Twenty Ten Theme Wordpress question.

Hey guys, I have a little question I need answered. Im proficient with CSS/HTML/PHP. Im having a little trouble changing ALL of the white that is circled to another color in the Twenty ten theme. I just cannot find the code. Can anyone point me in the right direction. I searched ALL through the stylesheet but found nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

the white background is #wrapper - everything else is transparent

create new divs and style the background color.
