No not really.. Make sure your tweets are unique in each account ( spun) . The best way to post your link to multiple accounts is to retweet them. That way it seems that your tweet is going viral and also one more advatage of retweets is that people who are following you will think its a nice genuine link which is gaining popularity and thus you have retweeted it so they click on it. Retweets have a higher CTR due to this reason. Now if you are using a program like tweet attacks you can use retweet attack module worke great. If you are posting them manually then what you can do is before your tweet put RT@someusername. This means that you have retweeted someome else's tweet. Hope this helps
I've been tweeting the same posts to 3 accounts at the same time with THE FLAMING BIRD software downloaded from here, being doing it for about 6 months now and haven't had a problem with it. I leave 10 -15 minutes gap inbetween tweets and have run them for upto 20 hours continuosly.
I use a script to post hourly or every few hours a random tweet with links. This has worked for almost 8 months and just last week I lost over 20 accounts to suspension.
