Tweetdeck for Instagram?

Hey guys,

Have any of you come across an Instagram app that allows you to view your entire notification feed from your computer. I know many apps online allow you to view comments that are on your pictures only, but I'm looking for something that allows you to view all @replies on other people's photos as well.

Even better, if the app would allow you to view and manage multiple feeds like TweetDeck that would be awesome.

Just use a bot, or if you are on win 8, instapic works like a charm.
