Are you really sure man? Cause i'm 1 step to rent a $400 dollars VPS and i need to be sure about that. Thanks

Sure: I used TA in 10-12 multiple concurrence instances without problem over Win7 x64 without any special configuration or compatibility, except you need installed the .Net Framework 4.0.

Only thing, TA is not working at the moment (maybe never more) because validation servers are disappeared.
