Tweetattacks Software Down!

There is working versions of both on the VPS at http://www.blackcatservers.com and there's a 20% off coupon BHW20

Same problem here, I'm wondering if it's gonna be fixed any time soon or I should just forget about TA and move on

I totally agree...SWEET...but how is it possible that blackcatserver has working versions....what am I missing here

There is a TA crack out there....

I'm hesitant as the developer of TA obviously is scared and is taking his money and running. He obviously has no intentions of standing by his customers and keeping the program running as promised.

So when the program breaks, will he continue to update with no fresh sales coming in? Doubtful

I'm of the same thinking. Even when he first promised I was extremely sceptical and now after hearing about the lawsuit; even more so.

Now that the license servers are down and download links to the files have been deleted I'm guessing this is the end. Pretty annoying as I only bought the software recently.

Damnit there goes TA! Any replacement software which does the same as TA? I rely on it for part of my income lol

Just file a chargeback and go with someone else...there will be so many popping up now that a few big boys got knocked off...

It will work out better as the best of breed will be staying around and the garbage that doesn't protect itself will be taken out to the curb.

When I got sued 7 years ago by the largest gaming company in the world for very similar circumstances, my customers never even knew what was happening.....I settled out of court with the SF mediator for a fraction of what they were asking.

AND still stayed in business.

I've been getting the same message too.

This message? Or something different. ;)

Was thinking I was shit out of luck but then I remembered I use a CC to make the purchase for the software! Watch me get my money back :) calling them soon as im off work.

I too am lucky. But, I'm going to have to restart my computer at some point, and I cannot open any more instances.

This is my fear. I today can't access TA and I did get an email from them saying to update my software but pull the license from the new server but I didn't read it till today so that's out the window.

I understood in a previous email from him that TA intended to continue support but wouldn't be selling to new customers.

I don't want to do it, but if he doesn't relaunch the software I'm considering doing a chargeback and getting my money back because I understood I was being sold software that would last a lifetime.

I'm curious would anyone else here consider doing a chargeback too? I really hope the creator reappears and this isn't necessary, but I also don't want to be out for buying TA & TAAC and not having them to use now.

Also, is there anyone here who DID get the email and actually updated the software?

yeah luckily mine is still up :) its on a dedicated machine ive had on for months...so here is even more of a reason to kepp it on haha

can someone post or PM me with the 'update email' some are talking about?

I got the email and updated. So did many others here I imagine. Not only is the licensing server down, but things like /support/ have also been taken down now. I'm under no illusions that this is the end.
