Who really cares about what do you think.
Apparently you do. You have taken the time to respond to my post.
So what was the channel for communication according to you.
The official Tweet Attacks Support Channel (Why don't you google "Tweet Attacks Support"? What is the first result?)
TA decidecd not to reply cause they already have made their money by selling the softwRE. I guess thats the right attitude according to you then.
No, Did you read my previous post? I actually know very little about their company but it's not hard to see that it requires ALOT of work for limited reward. You actually seem to know more about the company than me, seeing as you keep referring to TA as Him.
The guy didnt reply to support, emails and sales thread and shown no remorse for wht so ever apart from blaming it to the hosting. I dont care if you or anybody hates me mate. I know how to handle the descpice.
Why should he respond to a SALES Thread? It's not a support thread, it's also been posted on a forum that he does not own or have any control over. Granted it's not very professional to not respond to Support tickets and emails. But it comes back to resources, if it's just one guy, do you think he's going to sit there and reply to every email/ticket with the same response? No. He's going to try and find a solution that can be implemented as quickly as possible.
I don't hate you. I have no feelings about you.
I am surprised to see so many people ready to defend TA. I am not sure why you are doing it without looking at the facts but you got to understand, some people INCLUDING ME couldnt use the software at all as I was one of the recent buyers like few others. If you were to buy something worth $140 and it just wouldnt work while you are in the testing period , would you expect Customer service. If you dont recieve any support what would you do?
I'm not here to defend TA. I just think you've blown this out of proportion. Most people have seen the facts and seen that the issue of hosting is out of TA's control. I do not know exactly how their internal systems work and as such I cannot make any assumptions to the feasibility of moving hosts within a few hours, which is seemingly what you mean by 'Customer Service'.
Yeah I'd be annoyed, but TECHNOLOGY HAS GLITCHES. Deal with it. Do you not think that I and others have been in similar situations? Wait until YOUR host goes down for 12+ Hours, during which time you could have made $500+, except the SLA on your hosting doesn't cover your POTENTIAL Loss so all you can claim is 4 hours credit per hour of downtime (Equivalent to about $3 I seem to remember, just as the season had come around for my seasonal keywords).
I bet you even would complaint if the $2 fries from McDs are served cold.
I think you would be surprised. And if you were to actually bet, you've just lost money.
Enough said. TA working fine now and I am running my tests. Hope it makes me some dosh.
I hope it does for you too, but I still think that TA should be given some slack. It's a great program, the best at what it does. Granted some mistakes were made, but the company is run by a human. Humans are capable of making mistakes.
