Is it possible to run Tweet Attacks along with an RDSL connection to change IPs with? Anyone have any success with this or is it a bad idea?

I have an RDSL line available. We could automate it to change IP every 5 minutes, or whatever interval you want.

Or simply buy HMA Pro and change between 10.500 ip's / 120 vpn servers.

What is tweet attacks?? What is it for? Maybe I can check if it will work on my server
