I was wondering though, the accepts/follow backs are coming ever so slowly.
Will this pick up when I get more followers.. because more people will see the account without me having to follow them FIRST?

Just wondering .. if not, fine as well, just have to work a little more.

Yes it will come faster. I have a twitter account I barely uses anymore at least not for the stuff my niche is interested in

but I still get new followers now and then 20 or so today
