Think about what you want to do: Mostly software like scrapebox is for SEO to build backlinks (apart from scraping etc) which *takes time*.
Software like tweetattacks gives you "instant eyes" e.g. You make a tweet and you do not have to wait for Google to index your page and do it's little dance. You post a tweet and if you have followers it's there instantly but the downside is that it can disappear instantly as well.
Choose you battle plan and then let that plan dictate your tools
Finally, you can use Scrapebox to get "instant eyes" as well but that's another subject
