Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to give you all the heads up. I figured I'd give the new TweetAdder a try since they offer a no questions asked 7 day refund policy. I decided I didn't like it (lack of automation, etc.) and requested a refund two days after purchase. It's now been OVER 2 WEEKS and they still haven't granted me my refund. I've opened numerous tickets and still nothing. I posted in their forums twice about it and they were quick to answer those, but they can't refund me? Seems like a big scam to. If you were thinking of trying Tweet Adder, don't unless you want to lose your money.
