tweetadder affiliate help

today i tried to join tweetadder affiliate and it is asking me all info like your Tax ID, SSN or VAT, company name , checks payable to etc , Since i am not in US i don't have SSN , I don't know about VAT , It was not difficult to join CB but this it is , how do you guys if any one manage to join tweetadder affiliate program

In my Country I don't have the authority to join CB. what do you think about this? Its a curse. Though I have an account
Got a friend in US. he created it and got the payment in his account. And then send me to my account
