Tweet spammer? Something very simple?

I'v looked and looked and have failed to find an APP that automatically tweets a message or messages every 30-1hr without having to spend 20 hrs setting up scheduling tweets for the next year. Does anybody know of a very simple app that could accomplish this? If someone could point me in the right direction i'd be VERY VERY appreciative.

Explaining exactly what you want, someone can create that pretty easy if they don't already have one. I'm sure it wouldn't be to expensive.

Dang I really liked this one tell it said i can only have 10 at a time without paying. oh well maybe i'll throw in that 7$ a month or however much it is for unlimited. Anyone have any free options?? Doesn't look like it's recurring either which would mean i'd have to set it up every week which is what i'm trying to avoid since i have so many accounts. I'd like to just be able to set it up ONCE easily and it would post w.e i wanted every few hours for the next year without me having to do anything.

I also think you should get someone to come up with the tool meeting your needs. It can be a hassle considering that you might not get the app ASAP so I would also suggest what the fellow member has advised you. Postcron.
