Ok, so I'm a newb. I've been looking at different bots for twitter. What the hell is a tweet scraper and how does it help?

I've tried searching it but all I can get it people looking for a good tweet scraper.

They're normally bots that copy tweets from other users and publish them on their own accounts to gain more followers, likes, etc.

If you're not a twitter user than will be hardly to understand but in fact tweet scraper it's not anything more or less than bot that will automatically scrape tweets (from keyword search or from selected user).
People are lazy in creating content for hundred or thousands accounts so this is why they need twitter scraper
