will retweets/favorites 2 hours after a tweet is posted still have effects (help exposure)?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking

If you mean, will retweeting/liking an old tweet increase it's impressions/retweets/favs/etc?

Yes, retweets will. I've retweeted tweets that are weeks old and have gotten good results.

Yes, it's not about "when" they were posted, it's about the reception they get over time. I'm not saying bump year old tweets or anything, but you get the idea.

Yes it will. A tweet that is a few hours old is ok to retweet. I have seen some that were several weeks old that were retweeted and the results were good.
