i guess i have heard about TAs, it is down these days and crack version is not stable anymore...

Are you sure they aint selling it via email listing still? if you contact them directly i think you can still buy a license, taking down their sells in their site is just to keep their site alive (it's still worth of alot of money cause they are ranking well).
I bet you can get license some way around still....

I understand being a little upset, but I think you have your thoughts in the wrong order as far as these things are concerned. Businesses like FB, Twitter, hell even MySpace have people that constantly work on their security and search our things related to their business because it's relevant. Remember Craigslist posters getting hit? Remeber Facebook Wizard getting sued? All of these things are par for the course and when you think about it, in the industry of social networking especially, these exploitable techniques being used over and over again aren't something "hidden" or secret. Whether you're using Yahoo Pipes or Tweet Attacks, patterns of behavior for a particular account showing for lack of a better word "fingerprints" are VERY obvious. The question is why weren't these issues addressed 2 years ago or more when they began? Was it lax security? Priorities? It really doesn't matter at all. What you need to have as a mindset is that whatever you're doing that exploits the way a given site works may be fixed tomorrow, whether it's some XSS exploit that someone e-mails to Facebook or a major security e-mail list and Google Group or it's some automated way of GMail and Google Voice account creation through the automation of creating free VOIP accounts that then verifies the phone number.
All in all you and others (and hell, I'm guilty of it too) expect things to last and blame it on the spreading of technologies rather than the technology-based metrics that these companies have in place and what their priorities are as well as people that actually "give a damn enough" when it comes to these services to e-mail, link and even physically mail copies of this stuff to the companies' offices.
If I'm willing to send flowers to a company's office who bent over backwards to address my problem then it's a no brainer that others are more than happy to show their loyalty by making sure these things are addressed. As time goes on, these things are getting easier and easier for them to spot --just ask anyone who was using direct messaging campaigns on Twitter or Facebook Viral Apps three years ago compared to the response time and responses now.
All I can suggest is that you only send one message per twitter account per day and see if that works for you. While using the same proxy for every account that you've used before, even if you have to make your own solution.
Personally, the way I use proxies and the like now is to use one proxy for several types of interaction and then move to the next proxy. Not just for say, twitter posting but for twitter, FB, Yahoo, GMail, Craigslist, backlinks and then after I've met a self-set quota for the use of that proxy and those accounts for the day, I back off and move to the next. I've found Astrid.com to be really great for managing "To Do" lists. You may have to take it slower than having the software managing the solution. If that doesn't meet your needs (ie; not cost effective or what have you) you'll need to come up with yourself or have someone else come up with a custom solution that will meet your needs to work like the probably solution I offer above.
Don't blame the software or how many hands it's in now. Those things are inevitable unless you keep the tools (made yourself or by others) in-house only, are more patient and diligent than others (usually because one is profiting or don't need as much of a profit margin as the next guy). Please don't make the mistake of not taking into account your profit margin and possible factors like labor burden, tax burden, time consumed and imagine that any method that allows you to interact with others directly that you did not create yourself is going to last and simply be an application that you set up and let go, spending the rest of the day working on other things.
I can't wait to see what happens when Google starts filtering out "over optimized" sites here in two or three months because many more people are going to be as upset as you are. The days of "set it and forget it right out of the box" are ending and the people with the technical skill to create solutions themselves, who are self educating or who have held back money to have others create solutions rather than relying on a $97 piece of software are going to consistently be on top of any market, especially in the future. I'd say you have 5 years of out of the box tool using (if not emulating human behavior and meeting as many criteria of that as one can) to get great results in major places like Twitter, Facebook or search engines left. Look more at human behaviors and methods of emulating humans.
It's a risk we all took when we got into it. It's what ruined me and nearly made me homeless though shortly before I was making $2,000+ per month in combined income from novel automation techniques --and those I got from a friend, weren't shared much and developed further myself. As a rule, I now think 6 months in advance, focus on multiple projects and never, ever, ever expect anything to be there tomorrow. The same rules that apply to personal finances and business needs apply to every single one of us in this forum whether we know or admit them or not. I'm sure there are quite a few people here approaching 500k or 1,000,000 in profits that are going to be broke within 2 to 5 years because they have no idea what they're doing. Don't get me wrong, I was guilty of it too, like I said. Until I had a wakeup that slammed the door in my face and killed all of my income. Learn from my mistakes.
If this was too long for any of you to read, I'm sorry but I felt it was valuable advice. If you can't tolerate something this long you should go back to your $10 an hour fast food job or waving that sign outside of the tax filing business.

Instead of a link have it point to a twitter account that has the link in the discrpiption.. i have done this with good luck..

I would like to point out 3 reasons why
1. The developer of TA is in the Philippines and still got sued by Twitter. Not living in the USA doesn't mean you're safe.
2. See paragraphs G & H. They sued spammers, not only the software developers.
3. As pointed above, I assume that TA is now working with Twitter's legal and spam department rather than paying $150,000++ in damages. If they have your record and see that you're still spamming the hell out of Twitter, well see what happens next.

This guy Jayson is a scumbag of the first order. Sorry if that hurts some people here but its the truth. I predicted all this before it became public and alot of you guys were busting my balls like I didn't know what I was talking about. ( Check my posts ) Here is another predication you can take to the bank, Twitter already has everyone's PayPal info that bought TA. What do they plan on doing with it ? In my opinion they are looking to make examples of "spammers". If you wanna see how a professional handles a situation like this check out Honorbuddy. ( Its a World of Warcraft bot ) They are getting sued by Blizzard and aren't bending over for a spanking. I'm sure Jayson has made WAY more money than these guys have to. O, in case anyone is considering a PayPal charge back, it wont work. I had mine denied in under a minute. That in itself is very odd. We will see what happens.

YES, If I were to close up shop and hide under a rock, of course I would refund people. Its about being a proffesional. Honor and integrity, which is really rare in the world today and especially in the blackhat scene. Second, It wouldnt be out of my personal account because I would be operating as a business. But most important of all, It wouldn't get to that point. If I lived in the Philippines or whatever Asian country Jayson is from, lawyer up and come at me bro.

I see where you're coming from however I would have to disagree. Users bought a "lifetime" license for TA. It's for the lifetime of that program, not the users lifetime. Unfortunately, TA has come to its end. Services were rendered and merchandise were delivered (Well as far as I can tell pretty much everyone who has TA is satisfied with it). If I was Jayson, I will give users under the 30 guarantee their money back to be fair but nothing more.
But then, if you feel you have been cheated out of your money, you can always call your credit card co. to do a chargeback. As far as I know you have 90 days to request for one. If you used paypal funds then you're pretty much screwed. There's no buyer protection whatsoever with paypal.
I see where your coming from and understand that it was a "lifetime of the program" thing. I do feel cheated out of my money seeing I only used TA for a month and a half. But there's more to it than that. Just bailing on your customers is no kind of business model. I don't care if your a pimp or drug dealer. There's things that could have been handled alot better. Why not disable the server authentication on the last update? Its more of the piss on the customer attitude that has me worked up.
