Tweet Attacks Pro 4 - Twitter Accounts Getting Suspended

I have been running Tweet Attacks Pro 4 for about 6 months or so now on the same settings with about 80 - 100 accounts. Each account has no more than 2 accounts per 1 private proxy (most only have 1). They have been running to follow, unfollow, and followback.

Follow setting are:
- follow amount per time: 3 - 5
- interval time after successful follow: 30 - 60 seconds
- interval time to next run of (follow) module: 8 - 10 min
- max follow per hour: 100

Yesterday (8/16/17) almost all of the accounts got suspended from Twitter!
Has anyone else had a similar problem? I haven't changed any settings, and all of the suspensions happened on the same day.
I am going to hopefully be able to get the accounts unsuspended (they are running for other businesses so I need to get them back up). But I am worried about starting the automation back up because I have no idea what triggered them to get suspended in the first place.

Any insight or advice is much appreciated.

I would get some activity in the accounts before even trying any automated follow/unfollows.
Did they have Bios, Profile Pics, etc?
Did they have any unique Tweets?
It may have absolutely nothing to do with the follow/unfollowing.
Where they very new accounts?
I'm trying to strengthen my existing accounts - I have a plan to exchange conversations with anyone else who has multiple Twitter accounts.
One thing that these accounts lack are any conversations with other Twitter Users.
Twitter has an algorithm that takes these factors into consideration.
I want to set up a sort of exchange system where I would provide someone like you a list of 100 unique Tweets (No Links - just questions) to send out daily.
I'll make sure my accounts reply to your accounts with a reply that makes sense. Then I would provide a list of 100 more unique answers to my replies for you to reply to.
It should be relatively easy to automate the process. (We can throw in some automated likes as well)

This would be mutually beneficial as it would strengthen both our accounts.
