Tweet Attacks AC fails to create accounts?

I have Tweet Attacks Account Creator, I've bought 1k/hotmails accounts I have 10 pvt proxies from yourprivateproxy but I can not create twitter accounts. Who own TAAC and know what's going on? From 50 emails I bearly make 2-3 successful accounts. The rest are full of errors. The e-mails are live, the proxies are great and speedy but I don't know why is this happening. Please any advice?
