Running the program 2-3 times at same time with proxies. Is save for keeping my accounts from the ban hammer?

I am not really sure what you are asking. I generally run the program only once per day, and try to keep no more than 3 accts per proxy

I think he meant to say that he has 2-3 instances opened the same time.
If I am right I do not see the point of this since TA is multithreaded.

Nope just because its a different instance means nothing.

No,usually you keep the program not run more than 3 accounts at same time.
