Tweet Adder, what am I doing Wrong

I have tweet adder running 24/7, I have several hundred follows queued but I just seem to be stuck in a loop of following and unfollowing. I have been running this now 24/7 for 3 weeks and still only have 56 followers.

what am i doing wrong, can someone point me to a walk through for setting up this correctly

It's very tough when you start because you don't have the large number to follow.
Are you tweeting with this account, give users a chance to follow back, don't remove them right away.

go to your twitter account and get into settings and make sure "Always use HTTPS" is unchecked, then restart tweet adder
