Ok, looking for a Twitter app. I've read a lot on BHW and know there are some good ones. I have it narrowed down to these four, which seem more affordable.

My main need is niche targeting, not just geo targeting, but actually getting down to the nitty gritty and finding targeted followers where I can send a tweet and generate instant sales. So i just don't need thousands of random followers. And of course one that will keep my chances of getting banned low.

Any feedback on these apps would be appreciated.

+1 for TweetAttacks. I've been very happy with it, and it avoids the tweety bird's API as much as possible. You can get a social networking account banned with just about any tool if you don't use it right or don't know the network you're playing with, but TA provides good documentation and a well-thought out approach to managing your accounts and trying to stay out of bannination (among a lot of other great features).

+1 for tweet attacks as well

Runs good for me, has been pretty buggy in the last month, however version 2 just came out within the last week - it's been good to me so far (still a few small bugs to work out, but for week old software something I'm sure will be fixed pretty soon)

There's a free version somewhere in this forum, as well as a huge thread describing it.

never tried any of the others

does it get you some good targeted followers?

also, can you brand your tweets so it doesn't say what app the tweet comes from? I know MarketMe does this and I like that feature.

the followers it gets you are as good as the search strings and methods you can come up with.

it brands the tweets as web, it works over a web interface not through API.

cool. i would rather the source have my link obviously, but I guess thats ok. not using the api is a nice tradeoff i guess.
