Tweet Adder Proxy Question

I am running 30 accounts on 10 proxies, I won't go above that.

My question is under settings, should I list ALL 10 proxies under each of the 30 accounts
OR
Should I designate each proxy to 3 accounts so each account under setting would only have 1 proxy

Sorry I am new at this stuff
