Tweet Adder 3 Working Again! (Full Version & Proxy Support)

I just want to ask. I'm new to this sorry SHOULD I CREATE A TWITTER ACCOUNT FIRST? because twitter ID is need in the code right?
 
All of a sudden when I try to "turn account on" I get this error "there was an error connecting with Twitter. Please check your internet and proxy settings and try again." But all of those settings are exactly the same as when it was successfully logging in. The account is fine and not suspended.

"Currently the Twitter API is not working for TweetAdder again. This is causing most all features of the software to not work until the Twitter API is working. We are not sure why the API is not working yet.

We're contacting Twitter to find out what's causing the issue. We are doing our best to get it resolved and working ASAP for everyone.
