Yes, it should work after 11th because Tweet Adder 3 doesn't make usage of the Twitter API. But only time will tell

Hi.
Great Thread. I am hoping to get v.3 to work again.
I have followed instructions to the letter, but not working.
So Here is my Question.
Do I need to uninstall the latest TweetAdder Version 4 for V.3 to work???
OK, to answer my own question, kind of :
Got it working perfectly on my laptop as Tweetadder was never installed on there before.
So it nust have something to do with my Licence or my registry on my desktop that wont allow it to work on the desktop.
I've tried to do a complete full un-install and reg clean on the desktop, but it still wont work on it.
AT least I got it on the laptop
i know a couple other people had this problem, but i haven't found any solution to it. my demo is fully used up and when i try those registration codes, i get an error message saying "There was an error validating your registration key. Please check your internet connection."
i disabled my firewall too and still the same error message with all four registration keys. anyone got any suggestions?

Looks like I modified my host file incorrectly. I thought you had to add the line with a pound sign because of the comments in the file and the way the other IP mappings were recorded. Example: # 127.0.0.1 localhost
But you're just supposed to add it this way, just like the original instructions said:
127.0.0.1 localhost
Anyway, thanks to everyone for their help including KillerHeck, I can't thank you guys enough!

The workaround for TA3 still works fine as far as I can tell (I only use the autofollow & unfollow); however, looking at the activity logs, I see that now it fails to load the following lists every time with the error "Loading Followers List Failed" and "Loading Following List Failed." Seeing as how this never happened before, I'm guessing it's related to the full API roll out today. Not a big deal since it doesn't impact the major functionality of TA3, but it looks like the API change does affect it in some ways...

nice find. now when i try to scrape followers of a user I get the error "user not found". not good, looking for a way around this because it's very crucial to TA3s daily functioning.

and yes and certain features aren't able to be used anymore as of now :/

My TA hasn't crashed but the scraping function seems out of commission. Earlier today it worked but not anymore.. Is the scraping function working for anyone ?

It's not completely out of commission. There are still features that works, but I don't use most of them so there may be other problems.
@GrizzlySquad, The scrape keywords still works for me, but not the part where I want to scrape other followers.
