You keep saying regvalidate, but you know it's "validatereg.php" right?

And if you don't see the file, download the file again. OR, you can just make it, which is real easy mate.

Just make a .php file (or copy another .php file in the folder and rename it to "validatereg" and copy the following guideline:
5|100|EnterName| EnterName|EnterName| EnterName|EnterName

Replace your Twitter handler in the Entername part and volia.

Actually the last line should end with a '|', so it should be
Code: 
5|100|EnterName|EnterName|EnterName|EnterName|EnterName|
Otherwise you get an error and tweetadder won't start properly
 
TBH, this whole case of TA not refunding my money and you guys cracking TA really inspires me to start learning a little bit of programming for my own benefits.
 
I can't seem to get any of the reg keys working, even mine. It says a firewall may be blocking my connection.
 
If someone would be able to help via skype that'd be awesome. ( twiggones )
 
When i do this step:
Edit your host file (\windows\system32\drivers\etc\host) and insert the following lines:
It says "Save Failed: Please check if this file is opened in another program"

How do i fix this? Its only thing open on my computer atm, Notepad++

right click notepad+ program and run as administrator.
 
how can I make it working again on a Mac? Seems wamp is only available on windows, should I use mamp or Ampps?

Any help also for mac users willl be really appreciated!

When I follow the instructions, I get this:

"It appears that you are not connected to the Internet, or you have a firewall blocking TweetAdder from accessing the Internet.
Please check your network settings, and then restart the software."

Anyone get this error or has anyone solved this?

I don't have a firewall up (that I believe).. I've got a Windows 7 VPS that I'm trying to run TA on.
 
When we get the tweetadder3.zip file downloaded, two questions:

1) where should we unzip the contents
2) where do we install the program at (in our www or x86)?

Leave it Auto, Mines in Program Files (x86)
