I used this software for 3 weeks to raise twitter followers. What technology I abided by?
1. First of all I looked for twitter accounts of my company rivals.
2. With Tweedium you can follow just those who follow sertain Twitter accounts. So I started the program following and (in a day or two unfollowing) people.
3. All I get for 3 weeks is 170 followers. Tweedium use strong standards to avoid following after bots, but it`s not helping -- most of accounts I attracted are bots. :(

Twitter account I promote is small (just 11 posts, many pictures, some useful edutainment) and I choose strongly targeted audience, but 99% of all followers I got during 3 weeks of daily work are bots. Is it a problem of software I use or problem of Twitter at large? Need goddamn advice.

You said you're following people that follow company accounts. The companies you use could have had a large amount of fake accounts follow them, just to look popular.

There's also the chance that the people you are following just aren't interested in your account. Reassess your page. If you were followed by your account would you want to follow back?

Thank you for your answer but it looks to be a bit superficial. I know that Twitter account should be interesting to attract live people. We work hard to promote our product and we try to attract those who MUST be interested in product we offer. But reality is that 99% of accounts that follow back are fakes. We have some real people, also we have good feedback from them. But is it true if I suppose that 99,999% of modern Twitter is frigging fakes or bots? Is it reasonable enough to spend much time or money on this social network system? How to make it working?

There are still a lot of people worldwide using Twitter but I kind of agree with you that when it comes to IM, it's hard to find real people in social networking sites.

Thank you for your answer and your agreement) But do we have any technology (not 'just wait and promote your Twitter in a places where your potential clients are crowding' or "try to make some Twitter stars interested") for TWITTER INSIDE promotion. The software I use is good - it helps me to avoid following after most of stupid bot accounts. But it seems to me it is not good enough. What would you advice me to do further to raise real people % among my followers?
