First you need to choose a language. C# is the most powerful one but there are others. Then you search for a tutorial on that language. It's easier from there.

you can search for good learning souce on google.com. Huge knowledges on google

1. pick a tutorial and complete 6-7 courses
2. pick a super-tiny project and start working on it
3. continue with the tutorial and the project in parallel but now everything you learn in the tutorial you think how you can apply it to the project
