ok if ill buy the 5K package how i log in with it to FL and how i change the settings to let the deathbycaptcha Work?

You are thinking too hard.
From FL software:
file->general->captcha - tick remote
file->general->deathbycaptcha - tick enable, input your username & password from dathbycaptcha.
Press 'test' to make sure you have login to deathby captcha correctly. You should see your balance.
Save and exit out.
Now, whenever IG pops up a captcha when your are running FL, deathbycaptcha will 'try' and fill in the code automatically.
Note: The service doesn't always work 100% of the time. Deathbycaptcha may not fill the code correctly or doesn't do it at all.

A lot of website instead of captchas are puting the game now. So dbc will work few moths more.
